Invited Housing

Designed by David Richmond & Partners, Queen Street, Portsmouth comprises 566 apartments and a 22 storey high landmark tower.

The car park is now situated in the middle of the site surrounded by the residential development with the large residents' garden acting as a green roof to the parking below.

A public square has also been created between Queen Street and the 22 storey housing tower. The tower is sculpted to reduce its visual impact and offers incredible views across the historic dock area and the city.
