All RIBA contracts are available through RIBA Contracts Digital, our online platform where you can easily and effectively manage your contracts online.

RIBA Chartered Members and RIBA Chartered Practices receive a £10 discount on all digital RIBA Contracts purchased.

RIBA building contracts are suitable for either domestic or commercial projects. We have two different building contracts available.

Last year we also launched a new Addendum Form for RIBA Professional Services Contracts and six digitised contract administration forms for the RIBA Building Contracts. The six forms are:

• Revision of Time Notice
• Interim Payment Certificate
• Practical or Section Completion Certificate
• Defects Fixing Notification
• Final Payment Certificate
