27,000 sq m distribution warehouse for storing ambient,temperature controlled and cold-store foods. Incorporates 5 storey manned rack picking-line storage in ambient space and fully automated mechanical sortation system.The building includes 62 dock loading positions as well as side loading provision. In addition to operational offices the building includes 1,500 sq m of open plan general office space. The facility includes a 1Megawatt wind turbine, which was the first private use of this scale of turbine in Scotland.
