Following preparation of a Development Masterplan for the Airport by the Practice, this major refurbishment of, and extension to, the main terminal building provides new Landside retail facilities at ground floor, replaces the three separate security search areas by a consolidated search facility at first floor level, creates a new World Duty Free facility, refurbishes the main retail concourse, which becomes Airside, and connects this to a new retail concourse in the former International Departures Lounge.
