cb3 design architects are a creative and dynamic RIBA chartered practice based in Cheshire and the Scottish Borders. We believe in a client focused approach, enabling us to generate creative solutions from a clear understanding of our client’s needs and aspirations, regardless of project size. Our design process is rooted in a consideration of the 3 key elements of location, surroundings and users. In considering our local culture, context and history, key planning, environmental and economic considerations, we develop appropriate, buildable, bespoke solutions to meet our client’s demands of living and working. We regularly undertake complex projects; demanding planning conditions, phased construction, or a client’s need to inhabit the site during construction, the realisation of each project comes about in partnership with our clients.
