Design for one-off house based on pre-fabricated housing system by German manufacturer SchwörerHaus. Driven by the client’s desire to benefit from the consistent high quality and energy efficiency offered by pre-fabricated housing systems we were commissioned to design a new 4 bedroom family home at the outskirts of Norwich based on the SchwörerHaus system. We established the project brief, developed the concept design, gained planning approval and progressed with the technical design to the level required for the pre-fabricated housing manufacturer to complete their production information and workshop drawings.
