Conversion of garage into a photography studio with new link to the house. The project provided a new home for the client’s photography business by converting the existing garage into a purpose designed studio space and adding a new link block to exhibit work and review commissions with customers. A workshop was held to formulate brief and test the feasibility of initial sketch proposals. Services provided as part of the appointment included submission of the planning application, production of working drawing package for Building Regulations approval and tender as well as assistance in assessing requirements for inclusive access. The construction phase was managed entirely by the client.
