Concept development of a sustainable block of 20 dwellings in Ghana, features included optimised design to suit orientation and maximise daylight and minimise heat gain, solar power with back up batteries so that site was self sufficient in terms of power. The complex included a swimming pool and other supporting features for the aspiring market in the region.
