Initially approached by a new developer client to undertake a spatial design feasibility service on a dilapidated and abandoned old hotel that had fallen into disrepair over many years due to a major fire and subsequently being left exposed to the elements. The client's brief was to configure as many self-contained living units for student and young professional let within a very tight time frame. As part of this appointment we had to provide packages and drawings for statutory approvals. Although, not appointed as lead consultant we undertook services to coordinate with various consultants and the local authority.
