The Headland Hotel is a 4 star AA and RAC luxury hotel in Newquay, Cornwall. It is one of the most iconic hotels in Cornwall situated on the headland overlooking Fistral Bay. LLP were contracted to design and oversee the extension and refurbishment of the Basement floor to accommodate a new swimming pool and spa complex. Along with future phases the value of works is estimated at £18.3 million. LLP acted as the lead consultant for all phases and the procurement route was traditional.
