Work started in September 2010 on this £1.2m extension to a private house in Tadworth. The new accommodation provides a swimming pool, gymnasium, changing rooms, sauna, steam room with mezzanine over including a bar and games area. Outside there will be a hot tub jacuzzi with a feature built in entertainment system and fireplace. Works were completed in Spring 2012.
