We handled change of use application for this project. We used visual 3D renders to sell the idea of internal spaces to the planning authority. Internal visuals give our clients the opportunity to experience a space before it is built. This was particularly handy in this instance in order to give the manager an idea of the size of his office and his furniture requirements.
