New build private eco home. To minimise the environmental impact of this project we used materials and technology to reduce its CO2 emissions. In order to achieve this, we developed in collaboration with the Services Engineers, a bespoke energy concept. This included a ground source heat pump for general heating, mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR), solar thermal panels for hot water generation and a highly insulated and air tight external envelope.
