The clients approached us with a granted planning application to extend the LFG and the rear of the closet wing extension at 3rd floor. The property is part of a Victorian terrace within the Sloane/Stanley conservation area of The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, London. The building had gone through various alterations through the years, suffering almost the complete loss of its original style and detail. Our brief required us to bring back the historic style and charm to the house, and create a practical and comfortable family home that would be inviting.
