This is a PPG7 House, believed to be the only house built in a triple SSI. The house was initially the concept of Gerald Steer, Architect of Salisbury. Subsequently interpreted and constructed by Western Design Architects. This is a butterfly plan house designed after Lutyens and detailed accordingly. The house is very large 650m sq plus covered swimming pool. All set in a 35 acre lunar landscape chalk pit.
