Notes NOTES: It is probable that the group of drawings ff.38v-42v (RIBA125169-RIBA125175, RIBA125196-RIBA125197) derives from original drawings made by du Cerceau and in his atelier. The type of ridged dome on the pavilion derives from one made popular in the early 17th century by du Cerceau at Verneuil-sur-Oise.
