Notes NOTES: Built in 1869, these 88 flats contained in four blocks were one of the first local authority housing schemes in England. They were part demolished and converted into self-contained units in 1954 by the city architect Dr Ronald Bradbury. The block on the right is scheduled for demolition. The flats were subsequently demolished in 1977.
