Tower Pier, an embarkation point for river launches, is located adjacent to the Tower of London. It was rebuilt in 2000 and renamed the Tower Millennium Pier. Tower Bridge was designed by Sir Horace Jones and engineered by Sir John Wolfe Barry in 1894.
