NOTES: Built of reinforced concrete and clad in reconstituted Portland stone, this L-shaped ten-storey apartment block was planned with 32 flats, three on each floor. Twenty-nine of the flats have five bedrooms, three bathrooms, maid's quarters, and a large reception area divided by sliding doors with balcony facing Exhibition Road. The original windows with metal casements were by Crittall.
