NOTES: The scheme for Cannock Community Hospital was initated in 1971, but later abandoned, owing possibly to changing client requirements. In 1981 Lasdun, Redhouse & Softley were re-appointed as consultant architects to design a much larger scheme on the same site. The hospital was completed to the revised design in 1992.
