NOTES: The church itself was built between 1897 and 1906, and said to have been designed by Carter. Following the death in 1912 of the vicar in a railway accident the triptych, east window and screen were erected in his memory. The selected design for the chancel screen is that for design 1 (RIBA98307 and RIBA98308).
