NOTES: Quinnettes, a mediaeval house near the centre of Churt, dates from 1572. Acquired by the newly founded Eddystone Housing Association in 1967, ten satellite bungalows were subsequently planned for the surrounding land to provide housing for retired people appropriate to their means. David Lea was the appointed architect.
