NOTES: The buildings comprising three blocks - Millars I (north block), Millars II (south block), and Millars III (central block) - date from the early 19th century and were in use until 1968. In 1969 they were bought by scientist and musician Ted Smith who established an arts centre there. The buildings were converted by Auger Boyd from 1972 onwards in two phases
