NOTES: Barrie had been living in a flat on the third floor in the same building. 1-3 Robert Street, now called Adelphi Terrace House, were part of the Adam brothers Adelphi Terrace development. Robert Adam himself lived in the 3 Robert Street building between 1778 and 1785.

NOTES: This plan is part of a lease on a flat from George Henry Drummond assigned to Joseph Pennell, dated 28 February 1908. It would be from Pennell that J. M. Barrie would acquire the flat in 1917 which was altered by Lutyens (see RIBA94516). 1-3 Robert Street, now called Adelphi Terrace House, were part of the Adam brothers Adelphi Terrace development. Robert Adam himself lived in the 3 Robert Street building between 1778 and 1785.
