NOTES: Apethorpe Hall, an important Jacobean house, was altered and redesigned for Sir Leonard Brassey between 1905 and 1912 by Sir Reginald Blomfield. Blomfield provided a new water-garden, forecourt and approach and alterations to the body of the house.
