NOTES: Christ Church, Lancaster Gate was designed in Gothic Revival style by F. & H. Francis and completed in 1885. Only the south-west tower and spire have survived since the body of the church was replaced in 1983 by Spire House, a block of flats designed by Covell Matthews Partnership.
