NOTES: The Bikini-Haus was part of an initiative for the reconstruction of post-war West Berlin. It was a complex of offices and shops built in 1955 by architects Paul Schwebes and Hans Schoszberger. In 2012 the architects Hild & K were given the task of refurbishing and conversion of this block into a mini shopping mall, while retaining its historic features, including the reconstruction of the original facades.
