Cathedral of San Geminiano, Modena: the west front

NOTES: Construction on the cathedral began in 1099 under the direction of the masterbuilder Lanfranco. It was consecrated in 1184. The cathedral was embellished in the 13th century by Anselmo da Campione and his heirs.
