NOTES: The original chateau was built 1528-1537, but was destroyed during the French Revolution. It was subsequently repaired and was later entirely rebuilt by Henri d'Orleans, Duc d'Aumale to the designs of Honoret Daumet in 1875-1881. It now houses the Musee Conde collection of 15th and 16th century art.
