Buckler, John Chessell (1793-1894)
NOTES: The church dates from the early 13th century, and early 14th century. The chancel and vestry (1409-1419) are by Richard Winchcombe for New College Oxford. The chancel was restored c. 1831 by J.C. Buckler; the nave was restored 1866-1870 by Sir G.G. Scott with further restoration of the interior c. 1886 by J.O. Scott.
