NOTES: The west tower and the south chapel of this parish church date from the 14th century. Alterations to the south chapel were made by the Long family in 1566. The interiors were furtther modified during the restorations of 1823, carried out by H.E. Goodridge, and of 1882, carried out by Messrs Weaver & Adye of Devizes and the builder, James Burgess of Westbury.
