Notes NOTES: This drawing is by an unidentified 19th century English architect. The Church of St Mary was founded in the 13th century, with additions to the building being made over subsequent centuries. The spire was rebuilt following its collapse in 1631 and two restorations of the church were undertaken in the 19th century.
