NOTES: Formerly a 15-storey building completed in 1976, Dashwood House was refurbished in 2007-2008 by Fletcher Priest. The refurbishment involved the addition of two floors of accommodation and the replacement of the reddish brown stone cladding with blue glazing. It takes its name from the Alderman Francis Dashwood (1658), whose house originally occupied this site.
