Design for a bridge over the Avon at Clifton, Bristol

NOTES: This is an engraving of the drawing at RIBA32781. The bridge was intended to span the rocks of St Vincent from Sion Row, Clifton to Leigh Down near Bristol Hotwell. The costs of building the bridge were intended to be offset by renting out the different levels which would be used as wharves or factories.
