NOTES: This design, Edwards' fourth and final one, included three cylindrical voids (holes) on each side on the bridge which reduced the weight and pressure on the crown. The bridge was too steep and narrow for the cart traffic and within a hundred years a new bridge was built although this one still carries pedestrian traffic.
