NOTES: This drawing is from an album containing drawings from between c. 1835 and c. 1851 representing designs, both executed and unexecuted, topographical drawings and details from Teulon's Continental tour of 1842 and of buildings in England. There is a drawing by Teulon for the 'Proposed gateway and screen by almshouses' which also includes a ground plan of the almshouses and is dated March 1847 in the Holkam Hall archives.
