Notes NOTES: Known locally as 'The Tube', the project was completed in 1991. It was intended to last about 5 years but was moved several times and not finally dismantled until 2010. It was made of a PVC membrane covering a series of steel hoops. This presentation model was made by the model maker Tony Reason.
