Notes NOTES: John Webb had bought Butleigh Court and lived there from 1660 until his death in 1672. The original 16th century house had a 7-bay block added to the east by Webb or a descendant. J. C. and C. A. Buckler rebuilt the house adding into the angle of the L-shaped 'Webb' block.
