NOTES: The church (designed by Ross & Macbeth, 1899) was built by Charles William Dyson Perrins "as a thanksgiving for the recovery from a severe illness of his wife Catherine Christine". Lonsdale designed the glass for the church; the glass by the family pew (depicting Faith and Charity) was dedicated to the memory of their son, John Stewart Dyson Perrins, who died in 1913.
