Designs for the interior decoration of 9 Chesterfield Gardens, London, for Henry, Lord Leconfield: elevation of bookcase with wide painted frieze above for the morning room

NOTES: This was Aitchison's second design for the bookcase wall in the morning room, the first was produced in 1881. The frieze was painted by W. E. F. Britten. This drawing was exhibited at the Royal Academy of Arts, London, in 1883 (Bookcase, 9 Chesterfield Gardens, no. 1145).
