NOTES: The house, designed for Miss Somers as her own home, is today Grade II listed. It was designed and built for her at the same time as Voysey was designing Myholme nearby for her for use as a children's convalescent home. The tradesmen's entrance is, in fact, the entrance at left seen from the street; the main entrance is on the south side of the house.
