NOTES: Built for the architect as an experiment in methods of the construction, this house was made up of prefabricated sections and a timber framework. Originally designed as a -ú350 house in a timber housing competition prior to World War II, this house as built with the design having been modified and slightly enlarged, cost about -ú600.
