NOTES: The Heygate Estate by the architect Tim Tinker for Southwark Council was planned from 1968-1969 and built 1970-1974, with 1,194 dwellings. In 2013 it was scheduled for demolition and regeneration and Make Architects were appointed as masterplanners to carry out the transformation of the estate.
