Secondary modern school at Victoria Road (now Queensmead School), Ruislip, London: the gymnasium seen from a covered play area on the west side of the main block

NOTES: Located adjacent to Northolt Aerodrome, the planning and structure of this mixed secondary school necessitated that all the windows and roof lights were double glazed and that a simple system of air conditioning was introduced.
