St George, Anstey, Hertfordshire: the porch

NOTES: The core, crossing and the lower tower of this Norman cruciform church were completed in 1175. The chancel, nave and transepts were completed in Early English style c.1290. The aisles, south porch and upper tower were added in Perpendicular style in the 14th century.
