St Mary-Le-Bow, North Bailey, Durham

NOTES: Part of the this medieval church was destroyed when the adjacent medieval gate fell in 1635. Rebuilding began c.1671 and was completed in 1685 while the tower was not repaired until 1702. It was made redundant and became the Durham Heritage Centre and Museum in 1978.
