Tempelhaus and Wedekindhaus on the western side of Marktplatz, Hildesheim, Lower Saxony

NOTES: The Gothic patrician Temple House (Tempelhaus) dates from the late 14th century; the towers were added in the 16th century. The adjacent half-timbered patrician Wedekind House with the ornately decorated oak facade dates to 1598.
