Notes NOTES: This drawing is numbered XI/8 in the Burlington-Devonshire Collection. It shows a plan, elevation and profile of a base from the Temple of the Sybil in Tivoli. This was a temple adjacent to the more famous Temple of Vesta which was used as the Chiesa di S. Giorgio until 1884. The drawing is copied after Serlio's Architettura, f 64v.
