Notes NOTES: Located on the edge of the Lea river green belt on a site provided by the Hatfield Development Corporation, this group of single-storey terrace houses was built for the Cockaigne Housing Group, a co-operative housing society building for owner occupation. The architects set in practice together as Phippen Randall & Parkes on the strength of this commission.
