UK Provident, Victoria Street, Westminster, London: proposed unexecuted office block, seen from Buckingham Palace

NOTES: This was an unexecuted project for offices on the old Christ Church burial ground in Victoria Street. The photograph has a transparent overlay with the projected outline of the new office block sketched in. It was part of the planning submission for the project, which was refused in 1986.
